The Application period for the upcoming school year begins April 1 of that calendar year and ends 2 weeks before the first dance. We will continue to accept applications if space allows. 

Applications postmarked prior to April 1 or hand-delivered applications will not be accepted. Current sixth grade participants who are applying for seventh grade have priority acceptance until May 1. The Board will maintain a balance between the acceptance of boys and girls. Membership is limited and applications will be accepted in the order received based on postmark date.

You must download and complete the one-page form containing the Application and Indemnity Agreement. Note that each parent and child must sign the indemnity agreement. Incomplete applications will not be processed. An individual application and indemnity agreement must be submitted for each child.

Parents will receive an email acknowledging acceptance of their child into the program, however, please do not inquire regarding your child's status prior to August 1. To assure that there is a balance of girls and boys in the program, your child may be wait-listed. You will be notified as soon as possible once your child has been moved from the wait list into the program.
